2. Data we may process
The public website does not send demo configurator content to a server. Entered data is processed locally in the browser and used only to prepare a message in your email application. If you allow analytics, the site sends the visited page path, clicked internal link path, demo request step, broad traffic source category and a random session identifier. Names, email addresses, company names and form text are not sent to analytics. When you send the email, we may process the sender address, information you provide voluntarily and the message content. Hosting infrastructure may process basic technical logs required for security and diagnostics.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to inquiries, prepare a demo or sales discussion, take requested pre-contract steps, protect the site from abuse and meet applicable legal duties. If future marketing communications require consent, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn.
4. Cookies and local storage
Public website analytics stays off until you allow it. Your choice is saved locally in the browser; a random analytics session identifier is kept only within the browser tab. You can change your choice using Analytics settings in the site footer. We do not use marketing cookies, session recording or automatic capture of field contents. Language preference is stored locally for continuity.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be accessed by authorized people working on Opearia and contracted hosting and email service providers, only as required for the stated purposes. Public contact aliases forward messages to the central Opearia mailbox.
6. International transfers
Some infrastructure providers may process data outside Serbia. Transfers are handled with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards under applicable law.
7. Retention
Analytics events are automatically deleted after 90 days. Business inquiries are planned to be retained for no more than 24 months after the last relevant communication unless a longer period is required by contract, law or legal claims. Security logs are retained only as long as necessary for protection and diagnostics under the provider policy and confirmed production configuration.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, applicable portability and object to processing. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Send requests to privacy@opearia.com; identity may be reasonably verified before action.
9. Security
We apply organizational and technical measures appropriate to the product stage, including access control, server-side secret storage, environment separation and relevant activity records. No transmission or system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when site features, providers or legal duties change. The page will show the date and version. Material changes will be highlighted appropriately.
