2. Data we may process
The public website does not send demo configurator content to a server. Entered data is processed locally in the browser and used only to prepare a message in your email application. When you send that email, we may process the sender address, information you provide voluntarily and the message content. Hosting infrastructure may process basic technical logs required for security and diagnostics.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to inquiries, prepare a demo or sales discussion, take requested pre-contract steps, protect the site from abuse and meet applicable legal duties. If future marketing communications require consent, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn.
4. Cookies and local storage
The first version does not activate optional analytics or marketing cookies. Language preference is stored locally on the device for continuity. If optional tracking technology is introduced, an appropriate consent mechanism and cookie policy will be implemented first.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be accessed by authorized people working on Opearia and contracted hosting and email service providers, only as required for the stated purposes. Public contact aliases forward messages to the central Opearia mailbox.
6. International transfers
Some infrastructure providers may process data outside Serbia. Transfers are handled with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards under applicable law.
7. Retention
Business inquiries are planned to be retained for no more than 24 months after the last relevant communication unless a longer period is required by contract, law or legal claims. Security logs are retained only as long as necessary for protection and diagnostics under the provider policy and confirmed production configuration.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, applicable portability and object to processing. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Send requests to privacy@opearia.com; identity may be reasonably verified before action.
9. Security
We apply organizational and technical measures appropriate to the product stage, including access control, server-side secret storage, environment separation and relevant activity records. No transmission or system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when site features, providers or legal duties change. The page will show the date and version. Material changes will be highlighted appropriately.
