WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY

Every item has a state, provenance and owner.

A standalone package for controlled stock, receipts and issues, transfers, inventory counts, custody and parts connected to operational work.

The package is industry-neutral and available by contract independently of Casino Tech. When both are active, they can connect inventory, service, equipment and evidence of part usage.

STOCK AND LOCATION

A catalogue is not the same as physical stock.

01

Multiple warehouses

Catalogue, item assignment, minimum, target, zone, rack, shelf and bin are managed by permitted warehouse.

02

Availability

Physical, reserved and available quantities remain separate so operations know what can actually be used.

03

Part flow

Receipt, transfer, technician custody, reservation, consumption, return, inventory and controlled correction retain an audit trail.

PART PROVENANCE

Provenance does not disappear when a part changes location.

  1. 01Receipt and lot/batch
  2. 02Condition, quality, ownership and supplier
  3. 03Purchase cost, currency, receipt date, warranty and evidence
  4. 04Warehouse transfer, technician custody, reservation and installation
  5. 05Return, repair, correction and re-receipt

RETURN AND REPAIR

A return is not automatic proof of serviceability.

  1. 01Physical receipt and identity review
  2. 02Quarantine and classification
  3. 03Repair order and repair record
  4. 04Independent QA
  5. 05New condition and warranty before returning to available stock
